For pickup, select Pickup at checkout. JOIA will contact you after ordering to arrange a pickup appointment. Wait for confirmation before coming to collect your flowers.

Each acrylic valise is finished by hand. The delicate clear material may show very faint surface lines or fine scratches, which we take care to minimize.
Handle the box gently and avoid contact with rough surfaces, sharp objects, and abrasive materials.
To clean, gently wipe with a clean, soft microfiber cloth. Avoid scrubbing or using abrasive cleaners.
