Good to know
What are Eternal Flowers?
JOIA Eternal Flowers are lasting arrangements made with premium wax-coated and silk floral materials. They are not fresh-cut flowers or preserved real flowers.
Compare the materialsWill my arrangement match the photo exactly?
No. Product images show the color, mood, and design direction. Flower varieties, shades, placement, silhouette, and movement vary because every arrangement is composed by hand. Fresh Flower Box photographs are for inspiration; the box color may vary.
Can I choose the colors?
Yes. Choose a JOIA color story, describe your own colors or feeling, or select Surprise Me and leave the final direction to us.
Can I add a personal detail?
Eternal valises can include a box message and handwritten postcard. Gift Edition leaves space for your gift, with optional photo prints, a Jellycat bunny, or chocolates. The gift step shows current prices. Fresh flowers offer an optional handwritten postcard note of up to 300 characters.
Choose a giftWhere do you deliver?
Eternal Valises have free U.S. ground shipping, with paid express options where available, plus Downtown LA pickup and eligible local delivery. Fresh Flowers have Downtown LA pickup or eligible local delivery only.
How much notice do you need?
Eternal Valises normally need 1–2 business days of preparation before carrier pickup. Some Southern California orders can arrive within 1–2 days, and next-day arrival is an LA option when eligible. Contact JOIA with the recipient ZIP and needed date for confirmation. Fresh Flowers require at least two days’ notice, and JOIA confirms the requested date.
