Shopping with JOIA
Nova Bloom LLC operates Joia Floral and sells flower arrangements and gifts through www.joiafloral.com and its Shopify checkout. These terms apply to orders placed through those sites. Contact hey@joiafloral.com with questions about an order or these terms.
Products and custom orders
JOIA makes each arrangement to order. Eternal Flowers use silk and wax-coated materials. Fresh Flowers use seasonal flowers. Product photos show the design and color direction. Flower placement and seasonal varieties can vary. Damage or a materially different order is not a normal variation.
Check your product choices, gift message, delivery details, and uploaded photos before you order. Only upload photos and other content that you have permission to use. You give JOIA permission to use that content to prepare and fulfill your order.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Checkout shows the item price, applicable taxes, and delivery charges before payment. If JOIA cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the items we cannot supply. We will ask you before making a material change to your order.
Shipping and pickup
Eternal Flowers ship within the United States. Allow 1 to 2 business days for preparation before carrier pickup. Carrier arrival dates are estimates. Fresh Flowers require at least two days of notice and are available for pickup or eligible local delivery in Los Angeles. JOIA confirms the requested date after receiving the order request.
Pickup is free by appointment in Downtown Los Angeles. We send the exact pickup details after order confirmation. See our shipping policy for delivery details.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, email hey@joiafloral.com with your order number. If we receive your request before preparation starts, we will cancel your order without a fee and refund any payment. We review cancellation requests received after preparation starts case by case and cannot guarantee cancellation.
Returns and order problems
We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind on customized arrangements. Cancellation requests follow the policy above. Email hey@joiafloral.com within 72 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect order. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. An unboxing video is optional. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for confirmed damage or an incorrect order. Contact us before returning anything.
Our return and refund policy gives the full process. These terms do not limit your rights under applicable law.
Privacy and website use
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. Do not use the site for fraud, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the site or checkout.
Updates and contact
JOIA may update these terms for future orders. The terms shown when you place an order apply to that order. Send questions to hey@joiafloral.com.
